With Haste and Dash you can get a character there and release her in one move.
Turn invis and just run there lol
Invis. on Scratch to get him to Aylin before the fight even starts is a clutch move.
Also, this is something you can do prior to starting the Siege of Moonrise: Backpack Trick Lann Tarv for everything he owns, and make sure Dammon's approval is maxed out on the character who has the highest Persuasion bonus. The former will give you loads of resources to get extra cash (plus a ton of extra arrows, potions, and throwables), while the latter gives you a merchant who sells extra arrows for cheap. Dammon can be made friendly in Act I for cheap, and Lann Tarv is prevalent all throughout Act II. If you do this right, you should have like 20+ scattershot, 12+ bomb arrows, and so many elemental arrows you won't know what to do with them.
The scattershot and bomb arrows in particular are clutch for wave-clearing the adds in Phase 1. Quickly getting Ketheric's action economy down to where it's just him will make Phase 1 and the start of Phase 2 really simple.
Also, if you got one, throw a Radiant Resist potion on your frontliner, or make sure it's a Bear totem Barbarian who can keep Keth locked down. He does A LOT of Radiant damage in both forms (PLD ftw, amirite), which is enough to take a character out in 1 turn if he's lucky.
Phase 2, on Tactician and higher, can get out of hand quick if you don't have someone taking the Invulcres out as they pop up. Last time I did this fight on Tactician, I made sure Wyll was in the party spamming EB as much as possible to keep the number of Invulcres to a minimum, while throwing Spike Growth towards the entranceway you came in from for any of the Invulcres that spawn back that way. This is where your ranged multihitters will shine.
Lastly, aside from the Bearbarian, Calm Emotions can be your best friend in this battle because he can spam fear effects.
Hope this helps.
