Is the only way to cure paralysis is with lesser restoration?

Only thing I found so war was the druid spell.

There are a few options. Lesser Resto does it. Freedom of movement, too. Arrows of Salving will work also.
Mostly though, I opt to go beat up the caster, if we're talking about a spell. It's a concentration spell, so it's typically pretty manageable to focus whoever cast it and break their focus.
