Act 3 - City Mystery Resolution *SPOILERS IF YOU DIDN"T COMPLETE THE 'MYSTERY' IN ACT 3*
Spoilers are below if you didn't go to the temple place and finish that entire quest line.

So I got to the end of the murders in BG, found Sarevok, lied to him that I wanted to become the disciple, and was asked to kill Valeria.

During the dialogue my plan agree to kill Valeria but instead of killing Valeria I would break the chain and kill Sarevok. So that's what I tried to do. Except after choosing the kill Valeria option I immediately got thrust into combat so I broke the chain.

Well then Sarevok and Valeria aggroed me. After killing Sarevok and his minions Valeria is still aggro at me. Is there anything I can do to calm her down? I just saved her life.

Will this affect the story at later points?

It doesn't matter. You just lose out on a barely usable "ally" in the final battles sequence. You might be able to run away from the battle.

I killed both the flying mutant and Sarevok. Mind that after u kill sarevok u wont have access to the trader with one nice looking assasin armor (bhaal armor, not so great but nice looking and a hood armor - also looking cool but not so useful).

Did you do the same thing I did? How did you kill both?

You made a mistake, just say you will kill him for his god instead of the inspector and then kill him last. I didn’t break the chains until everyone was dead. The inspector didn’t act aggressive.
