you want to kill wyll, Just dont talk to him in the grove then side with the Goblins.
But yeah, recruit him then kill him in a mysterious fashion. (Favorite is to take off all his gear and launch him off a cliff. Or if you want it to be super easy, go to the beginning area, have him stand in fire)
Your right, Halsin has to go too. I guess I best off doing that at the Goblin camp.
I though it best to get rid of all the goodie goodies before they have a chance to change sides and fight against me, because when they controlled by the AI they are twice as hard.
I'm asking these questions because knowing what this games is like, there would be comeback in the shape of dire consequences for killing companions later on in the story.
I have also had a run where I permakilled Gale (I left him in the stone), Lae'zel, Wyll, Karlach, and Halsin. No consequences outside of the obvious ones. I think you're free to kill as you please, though killing Gale under normal circumstances will end in a game over.
