Oak Father's Embrace + Radiant Retort causes infinite damage loop

Oak Father's Embrace: Undead Creatures that hit the wearer recieve 1-6 Radiant damage
Radiant Retort: Whenever you take radiant damage, reflect it back to your attacker
As soon as you hit an undead with that specific condition game goes into a loop of back and forth damage that never ends even after you and the undead creature dies. It's a pretty neat interaction untill your game eventually crashes and your PC burns.
