Is there any way to toggle highlights?

I'd ordinarily do this with iCue, not that I should have to, but iCue and this game don't seem to like each other and this game causes iCue to soft crash and not recognise my keyboard.

Like enemies as highlights or items?
Tilda(~) highlights enemies, as for items alt works to, u could get a mod to probably highlight in an X radius around you (X as in the variable distance of what you can see to loot).
