Forgot about Wyll, can't find him after tiefling party

So yeah, there's that. I forgot to recruit Wyll (can't tell whether he died during fight at the gate, can't remember). I'm about to leave ACT1 but I don't wanna leave without him yet he's nowhere to be found. Karlach is already in my camp and I searched whole tiefling area and druid's groove but he's stil missing. Is there any workaround or I messed up my playthrough?

If he wasn't at the after-party and isn't in the grove then are you certain he didn't die during the Goblin fight?

Yes, and I just reloaded my very very early save and it looks like he did survive goblin event at the gate and is sparring with tiefling children but when I load my newest save he's nowhere to be found and I already recruited Karlach.

weird, for me he disappeared for a while until i long rested cause he had to attack karlach, then he returned to normal biz, i'd long rest one more time just to confirm.

SOme people say that after recruiting Karlach and doing a long rest he might jump you at your camp but I already did like 10 long rests and he's still nowhere to be found

I started a new character because I missed Wyll and made MANY other mistakes. Now I'm doing much better. If you return, you'll find him teaching kids to fight near the blacksmith. About the druids, be certain to investigate Khaga deeply and her bedroom too, hard but worth the best ending.

it's crazy how the main characters can get wiped out in this game so early if you're not careful. not even Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen did this.

Elden Ring you can let this happen but you'd have to do it on purpose. here on BG3 it could happen just because so much ♥♥♥♥ is thrown at you at once from all directions.

I actually beaten the game once and it's my second playthrough, that's why I forgot about Wyll as I was not planning on having him in my active party, just in the camp so I thought I will leave that for later and now he's nowhere to be found, I recruited Karlach, exhausted all the dialogues, made several long rests and he's still missing. Not gonna reload 15 hours of gameplay but it's really frustrating that he's going to be locked out for the rest of the game and I loved his shenanigans with a certain character :(

Okay, I fixed him but not the way I wanted to. I used cheat engine and downloaded a table made specifically for BG3. In a section Console Commands > Register Commands > Testing Stuff > Companion Tests > "Add Minthara" I just switched Minthara's code with Wyll's and voila, Wyll has been spawned in my camp. Unfortunately there is no legitimate way to make it work other way as In exhausted all the options.

So I forgot about Wyll in my first/current play through. I cant find him in the Grove and I know why. I never spoke to him in the grove. A few hourr later I was exploring and was gifted the mission to His mission is to Hunt The Devil from Anders. I found the devil and killed her before talking to her. Now about 15 hours later I find out that I killed a potential companion and now that the Tieflings are gone, Wyll has no purpose hanging around. Kinda sucks that I lost two companions, but I am going to try to revive her. I will save before because I dont know if I want to keep her. I wouldnt have done this without looking up potential companions.
