Is it possible to dispel the Hunger of Hadar spell ? or offset its effects ?

Hit the dude that cast it.
Freedom of movement/click heels on boots of speed/mobile feat to offset it.

Under your character portrait at the bottom of the screen (or the portrait of the one who cast the spell) there will be a button that only appears for concentration spells. Click it to end concentration.
