[BUG] Shadowheart is bugged. Permanent ! above her head.

So I gave Shadowheart a Night Orchid I found right before hitting The Last Light Inn and it bugged her out and now she has a permanent ! above her head. It's REALLY annoying. Is there a way to get rid of it without having to roll back to a previous save because I've done the fight at the Inn and talked to literally everyone there and don't want to do it again if I don't have too.

My Wyl and now Karlach have it. What really sucks about it is Wyl seems to have said all he had to say but I've just had a big thing with Karlach after she said to come talk to her and it won't progress. Hope you get a solution that'll help me too lol

Some people have gotten rid of it by killing the character (Don't do this with your main or you will lose rep) and rezing with Withers.
That didn't work for me but it went away when I started Act 3.

I get this for everyone now, gale, wyll, shadow.. mostly, but I've seen it on almost everyone. Except the druids..

I had this on Gale, what fixed it was dismiss him in the camp, take a long rest and then talk to him, it started a cutscene.

The only way you get rid of it is to continue progressing through the story; eventually you reach a point where it disappears. In my case, I had to wait until somewhere around Act 3. I also killed Lae'zel in Act 1, and the game had her corpse take up a spot at every camp until I completed the game, so it's not as bad as others, LOL.

I don't expect these sort of things to be patched out anytime soon as they are comparatively minor to the other bugs I encountered.

Usually happens when you talk with them and they have a conversation that causes the ! marker to appear before it...actually appeared. Those conversations are supposed to clear them but if you talk to them too early it...won't.

This was my usual experience with Shadowheart anyways. Wyll also got it, and the only way I found to remove it...it was weird...Was running around Waukeen's Rest. Something in those burning buildings will eventually clear the markers over their heads.

I have one on Gale at the moment. I'd assumed it might be a side effect of my adding a mod to increase maximum party size. Apparently not.

I had one over Wyll in act 1 that wouldn't go away and I cleared it by taking him to Waukeen's Rest and talking to him inside of the main building (I left my party outside when I went in the first time).

I don't know about the others but I'm guessing they have a similar bug which may be able to be cleared by bringing them to the point where they can have conversation triggered.
