use Orpheus new ability (on the right of the panel) to open a portal in the crown

You should have a companion with the ability to channel the three stones. Likely turned into a Mind Flayer/The Emperor/someone else. You don't loot the crown, you channel the three stones for a whole turn without interruption for the victory.

found it thanks and now my game crashed after i killed it :P

Im having a problem where the channeling cancels automatically every time I start. Still can’t figure out what’s wrong

For me too. Then I deactivated "disguise self" and then it worked.
