I pray that they rework the system or completely overhaul it. The cause and effect ratio is way out of whack. It seems like it is an on/off system with zero middle ground.

I'm the opposite. Shart, Laezal and Karlach are all jonesing me hard whereas, of tge men, only Gale has expressed interest of which I turned down and he hasn't brought it back up yet.

i'd sure like to have your savegame. i did have laezael early game with the whole taste thing but i dumped her because i wanted to go for karlach but i cant do that apparently. and whats funny is that now that ive progressed laezaels storyline im actually interested in her and wishing i hadnt dumped her. but of course there isnt any way to rekindle a romance in this game. im actually considering restarting the game because i feel like ive butchered so much with romance and conversation options

exactly, i thought it was going to be like mass effect romance dialogue but this is just something completely different and im a little frustrated because im in 80 hours in act 3 already done a load of stuff and i feel like im missing a big part of the game

laezael tasted my sweat but i dumped her to try and romance karlach but i cant even do that even though ive done everything i should be doing, and hilariously after spending more time with laezael and doing the gith creche now i would like to romance laezael but would have to restart 80 hours of progress

im literally a paladin who plays on the good side and i take all the good options. horrible take. so far only blackheart DK in this thread and many other threads about romance has actually been the only one not blind enough to see how bad the romance system is, everyone else seems to be ok with jumping through game gymnastics to get things to trigger or having to be absolutely spot on perfect with when and how they do and say things

No kino romance redemption arc with Minthara in act 2 and 3, but the devs still had to time to add a poly sex scene with shadowcuck and the bear. WTF, why?
