More than a hundred hours is the real answer.
Without much time it will last you weeks.
In Tactician difficulty it took me about 150h to complete the game, and that's with every single side quest done.
About half that time was spent on Act 1 and 2, and the other half was for Act 3.
I also save-scummed to see possible outcomes for critical decisions, so the real time spent on the game is probably around 130h.
For a second playthrough, I think I could cut that time in half, since I already know the who's what of the game.
YMMV tho
If you play it thoroughly and properly on tactician mode, easily over 100 hours, maybe up to 150 hours.
If you speedrun it, not reading anything, not looting much, playing on an easier difficulty, not exploring all of the map, not talking to everyone then you could maybe finish it in like 50ish hours.
Has pretty good replayability as well if you want to see the other choices and try new builds
Difficulty also ramps up, adding a LOT of time investment once you pick tactician compared to the other two modes.
You can pick a single path and go along that or explore every single thing. Just because you went to act 2 doesnt mean the previous areas are blocked off.
And so on....
