karlach got arrested in baldurs gate and i didnt have time to grab my things because y'know i was escaping. however when i went to wrym rock prison the equipment chest didnt have her things...so where the ♥♥♥♥ do i go to get her things?

If she was arrested alone, check your backpack. Companions stuff ends up there if they leave you even temporarily.

One of the chests will always be called "evidence" chest. IIRC Wyrm Rock's is not locked but it is a pain in the a$$ to sneak-open since there are three NPCs constantly patrolling that small room. You can't reach the evidence chest unless you find your way out of the cell, at which point I had to do a persuasion check just to keep from getting locked back up again.

Afterwards I had to wait about ten minutes for an opening to sneak-open the "evidence" chest. 2nd worst prison in the game for game-play interruption, with 1st being Moonrise.

i figured it out. she wasnt sent to wrym like i thot she was sent to heapspring. i got her stuff back.
