Are you strength heavy or charisma heavy?
Do you whack with your weapon more, or use your spells/smites more?
It really is dependent on your playstyle, outside of the ABI.
I would recomend pole arm mastery over great weapon fighting, unless you don't want to use glaives/halberds/etc.
Sentinel is AMAZING on a paladin.
War caster is great if you use concentration spells a lot.
You want a larger health pool? Get Tough
You want more mobility because you don't have much as a Vengeance? Get Mobile.
Preformer gives charisma and the ability to play music proficiently too :)
No, hit points are mostly a meme.
Stack damage, attack from hidden / invisible, profit.
Think DOS2 optimization.
It doesn't matter when you take Tough, its impact is HP based on your level always, so it scales with your level regardless of when you take it. That doesn't really make it a great feat either way, though.
I'm playing a Paladin/Sword Bard right now. Pretty fun, but more of a Bard with smites+healing than a Paladin. The flourishes are fun, particularly the defensive one that grants a +4 to AC.
but if you want an RP reason for it, Choose Archfey because Titania fits it perfectly for a Paladin/Warlock multiclass Patron. She's an Archfey, She's "good", and she's a known patron for warlocks across multiple realms.
If you're using a 2 handed weapon, at all, I don't see why you wouldn't take this feat.
It even works with polearms, AND polearm master
