Druids turned hostile after first interaction
On the way to Kagha there was a cut scene of tieflings arguing with druids( 3 of them and one turned into a bear) and when I tried to talk to those druids guarding the entrance they turned hostile and started genocide of tieflings.
I haven't done any friendship spells and haven't stole anything from them why did they became hostile and started a bloody massacre all of a sudden?

If you just tried to talk that is weird, they will attack if you go to far past their line but other then that not sure why that would happen. Is it repeatable?
Well. I am sure i clicked directly on a druid to talk and has not even made past them, after reloading the save it was fine, just curios what might have triggered such a behavior

If it was when you first went down and they told the tieflings to back off then you have to wait for them to get to thier waiting spot, if you approach quickly after that cutscene they become hostile and attack.

I assume it is a bug.

Yeah, you shouldn't interfere when some "scenes" are played (even if no cut-scene). Something similar can happen when talking to Sazza "too early". She is then shot by a Tiefling during you having a dialogue with Sazza. Normal sequence would be solving the situation, then talk to Sazza (if you protect her) - but as you don't intervene, the Tiefling just makes his move.
