I need one mod (Apportation Spell)

Some time ago, I created a mod for original sin 2. It's called "Grab It (Huge Apportation)". To anyone who is a kleptomaniac and an old player from original sin series know it's really handy. But I need it at my Baldur's gate 3. Is it possible to create some spell to work like this in the game?
