Right click no longer working...

I have 24 hrs into the game (admittedly I started a second play through because I messed up and didn't grab Gale properly in my first go through) and currently cannot right click on ANYTHING. It just says my MC is pointing with a fancy pretty flash- and I cannot interact with items in inventory either and no context menus. Anyone know what I can do to fix this? Pretty please? It renders this game unplayable at this time because I cannot even move inventory or move my party properly or loot properly at all. Thank you!

Sounds like your control key is stuck down, maybe you activated windows stickey keys? (If thats is still a thing)

Ive had all sorts of issues like this. Ui breaks, cant talk to NPCs, cant interact, cant loot. Quicksave/load usually fixes it.

I don't think this is the issue-usually sticky keys drive me nuts within .2 seconds if accidentally activated lol but thank you so much for some ideas!

That is a major bummer, this is the first big error I've encountered and I'm surprised and upset I cannot play at this point. I just cannot move forward if I can't deal with inventory and item selection FFS.

I've got the exact same problem! Annoying as f#ck. Can't continue the game this way... Already found a solution?

[edit] Found a solution. Removed the bind from 'ping' (which is alt + rightmouse) and the problem went away.

My problem magically resolved lol, fortunate for me, but not so much in terms of helping anyone else with the same issue. I just saved and turned the game off and turned it back on LOL. But hey it works!

I have had the SAME issue, couldn't solve it. (Restart BG3, Restarted my PC) nothing.
Finally I went in to the Keybindings and added a SECOND binding to Right Mouse on my KB.
Rt Mouse still doesn't work, but the new key does!

You actually replied to the guy who told you the fix, F5 Then F8, Save then load it works every time.

I cannot move my characters at all but I can interact with my menu, map, etc. I tried reloading to my previous saves before the glitch but nothing happened. What should I do?
