SPOILER Question

So I'm in the Bhaal temple where Lae'zel is being held on the altar. She is unconscious. I can not talk to her, can not wake her up, can't shove her thanks to the gear she has and can't steal her gear to remove her buffs. How am I supposed to wake her? I already lockpicked the altar and she has the [!] symbol over her head. The only way I managed to wake her up is to kill her and revive her but that can't be the correct way to do it?

EDIT: DO NOT LOCKPICK THE ALTAR BEFORE THE FIGHT

Did u let her get ko'd during the fighting? cuz that can bug things a bit

No she had almost full hp after the fight. Could it be that because I lockpicked her chains before the fight that she can't be saved?

That might be what caused it since you're supposed to unlock her with the key u get from orin's corpse

Well yea I fought the fight again and now I lockpicked the altar after the fight and she woke up and went to camp. I just forget the keys when Astarion is like this Skeleton Key (which he wishes to have). And when Astarion can't do Knock spell will.
