[spoiler] how to get dark urge's cloak?

I'm already getting ready to go to underdark/mountain pass, and still don't have the cloak.
I've killed a lot, sided with goblins, killed alfira in my sleep..

Really need that cloak since I'm doing solo playthrough, the hag was already pretty hard alone


is there a specific thing I should do to trigger that night event?

You get the cloak once you kill the bard (if you allow her to stay) that visits your camp.

So then its fully bugged for me and I should reload multiple hours of save? :(
