Permanent Buffs Massive Bug

anyone else noticed dying removes permanent buffs that shouldnt be removed and have stats saying they should still be there?

From what I heard that does seem to be a thing right now, best way to avoid it is not dying I suppose.

Theres many permanent buffs that is removed on death. Which one are you talking about? You probably misread something.

Only permanent buff I have seen (I am sure there are more) is the one you get from Isobel. All others seem to be 'Until long rest' and then are gone or can be recast.

Some are like the Pixie buff in that they are lost when leaving the area, but can be recast when back in the area.

There are certain buffs that read "permanent" in the description, but actually do have some sort of expiry. The game is pretty bad about making some of that stuff clear.

One of the few permanent buff types that I know can be removed on death are the paladin auras... but you have a button to toggle them back on.

A very painful buff to lose is the one for sacrificing an ally to Booaal. Its permanent while the kua toa is alive, and you have not died. The buff from Loviatar and the gitzerai mind barrier is also only till you die.
