What classes get 2nd (and 3rd) actions?

I'm max level and Lae'zel gets 3 actions per turn, or 6 if I use that skill that replenishes them once per short rest. Karlach gets 2 actions per turn, and Shadowheart gets 1 but with summons I don't find it's a limitation. My rogue, though, is stuck with one action and I'd like to get it to two at least. What are my options, either within the rogue class or by respec'ing?

it's 1 Action period unless you have the Haste Spell or Potions of Speed. Extra Attack let's you use that ONE action to attack multiple times. Rogues and most Spellcasters do not get the Extra Attack feature, but make up for it in other ways IE Sneak Attack, Meta Magic, strong AoE.
