Anyway to revive an npc, including with cheating?

I'm in Act 2 and I just found out that I was supposed to save Rolan but because I touched the zone that he was in slightly earlier in my playthrough, he's long since dead. All of the related quests are now bugged and cannot be progressed or finished. Nothing seems to recognize that he died, so I'm wondering if there's some way to just revive him.

I'm looking to avoid rolling back to an earlier save, since my last save from before he died was at the start of the act, so I'd basically be starting over from scratch.
