Cannot give Noblestalk to Shadowheart.

When I chat with Shadowheart, there is no conversation options about Noblestalk.
When I try to eat Noblestalk with shadowheart, she wants to talk about it first. Is there a way to fix it?

She is not interested in the mushroom, she wants a flower. She tells you the name and promises to tell you, if you are near one.

Where are you in the game? Have you been doing any of shadowhearts missions/ gaining her approval? Is it in your or shadowhearts inventory? (just to clarify maybe it requires specific steps)

I was able to give it to her after running through the dark justicar area in Grymforge. It was in my inventory and shes in my party so Ive been getting her favorability up alot. Gave it to her specifically at camp.

She will also want the night orchid, but yes she will also use the noblestalk. Not something she tells you because even she doesnt know she can use it. You have to basically shove it in her face

Talk to the NPCs about the mushroom, but dont give it to them, then an option to give it to Shart should open. But it might be Approval dependant. Also, you should have talked with her about her memory. Or, go sleep on it, long rest sometimes fixes these issues.

Noblestalk is like a kind of mushroom that can unblock Shadowheart's past. It can unlock some interesting dialog. The orchid is the flower she wants and yes I know about it.

Yeah, I've done that but the option is still no available. Is it because I'm already in Act 2?

I'm current in Act 2. Plus I already has her max approval and I can easily convince her to eat the mushroom since I'm playing as a bard. I used to had that option but I reload the game. I was thinking I will give the mushroom later and now I want to give it to her and the option is not available anymore.

Noblestalk is a mushroom the we can give to Shadow Heart. I already done it once but I reload the game because I didn't like the conversation we had after I gave her. Now I'm in act 2 and I can't give it to her anymore. And I know about the night orchid, the flower she always wanted as a gift.

See i had this exact issue only after taking desperate measures and trying cheat engine did i figure out what the problem is. The item code for the noblestalk that is in the quest is different from any other regular noblestalk. Shadowheart will only be prompted to take the noblestalk and get her memories back if its the noblestalk you picked from the mushroom picker questline.

Shadowheart only accepted the NobleStalk from my character after the dream sequence with the wolf.

Once she takes it, she gets a different one . .

I was taking a lot of rests to try and trigger game / camp sequences, so I got all of them.

On this run, I have been blazing my way through the campaign with very little camp sequences / encounters and because of this, a lot of them are trying to compete with each other to trigger. So it hasn't triggered at all and I assume it won't now I have go so far . .

[edit] I can see where some pf the posters are confused though. She actually specifically mentions liking the Night Orchid, (and it is an achievement - so there's that). She doesn't know about the NobleStalk until you have her in the party in the UnderDark and (for me) had the wolf dream.

[edit] maybe try having it in her inventory and talk to Derryth to trigger what effects it has, so she can comment on it.

Correct, only this one works.

Same for The Dark Urge. If he eats this one, something happens.

I was having the same issue until I asked Shart what it is that she is not telling us. Succeed the DC18 and she explains she had her memories wiped. This opens up the dialogue option to give her the noblestalk.
