Report a translation problem
This seems to be related to saving (and reloading) when doing a roll (in both cases for me, this was to disarm a trap).
When I succeeded, I noticed the trap was still up. This is also when I noticed I couldn't go to camp (happened with Astarion and my own character).
The second time this happened (with my character) I decided to just accept failing the check, the trap blew up in my face and then I had the option to go to Camp back to normal.
Idk if others did something similar, but it looks like the character/trap is stuck in an active state or idk. Saving/reloading breaks something for sure.
I was also able to get Astarion back to normal by asking him to return to the camp in my case. Once there I was able to have him join back.
Until then I figured out if you let them die all the way and go to the camp and have withers watch over them it will remove them from your party (you don't have to carry them to camp either, withers will just teleport them when you talk to him.), then you can ask a different companion to follow you. After that you can revive the companion with withers and they'll just be in your camp without being in your party.
Just make sure you don't reinvite them to your party after words since the bug is still there. Any updates to the companions quest will still work also and you can continue to use their dialogue, they'll just have to stay in camp. Its not perfect but at least I can continue the story without restarting with a new character.
I couldn't find a way to fix it so I had to reload a previous save, luckily I didn't play too much after they were captured.
