Anyway I let her live this time and she hasnt shown back up so far.
How did you steal the barrel?
And a follow up question: what will she do in Baldur's Gate if you let her go with the barrel?
You can steal the bomb and pickpocket her vial (with invisibility for both) if you want a neat reaction.
Otherwise it's just your own personal judgement, she's an ironhand so...
What is an Ironhand?
Ohhh didn't know about that, thanks :D
Speak to the gnomes. basically gnome supremacists
Stealthed around her line of sight, invisibility works as well
So letting her go -WITH- the barrel or the vial should be considered an evil thing...
Luckily I was able to steal both the barrel and the vial during our dialogue.... But I wish there were more dialogue and persuation checks before we part ways so perhaps we could convince her to turn away from her cause and not be a terrorist...
Because right now I'm in the dillema of should I kill her to stop her... Or just let her go believing she's got the explosive but doesn't...
What do you guys think?
BTW is there any kind of follow ups in the following acts? And if so, would stealing both explosives change anything?
Yeah, I'm interested in that too. Also I let her go without any gunpowdre and other gnomes just treated me like I helped them get it XD
So I stole the barrel and the vial then knocked her out... Perhaps she'll have time to think about her life choices... By the time she wakes up, they will be freed anyway...
Isn't it interesting how the difference between freedom fighter and terrorist is mostly one of which side you sympathize with? I like how this game makes it ambiguous to the player what they're dealing with. Storytelling is much better when the Alignment system is not there or hidden in the background.
In my previous playthroughs I somehow never met her, but now that I understand she has a nice irish lilt I'll make a point of looking her up.
