Verdorrte (Withers) name changed into Lazarus. Who is that?

Hey guys, did you also notice that the name of the wither changed?

it's likely just a localization choice for German rather then a "translation" as his name is Withers in english. so they changed it to "Lazarus" for German because of the "story of Lazarus" rather then use the more literal translation.

So did they change it in a patch? When I first met him in my camp, his name was the literal translation, as of „Der Verdorrte“, if I recall correctly.
I dont know when exactly I noticed, that his name changed into Lazarus. So I was wondering the same thing.
