Wyll exclamation point glitch
After defeating Ansur and looting him an exclamation point appears over Wyll's head, but when I talk to him it doesnt go into any new dialog and it doesnt go away. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?

It went away for me when I brought Wyll back to Waukeens Rest and took him inside the burning building that is due North on the map.

Take Wyll back to Act 1 burning house Waukeens rest. Bring him inside the burning house. It will disappear. Because the exclamation mark is a conversation to talk about that kidnapping, however most of us had already done it.

I had it happen in act 1, after I killed some undead on the monastery map. Went away some time in act 3. I don't think there is anything you can do, just have to ignore it. I think it will go away when next he gets a legitimate "!" to put over his head, but those are few and far between, as his story has nothing going on in act 2, only when you get into the city in act 3 will he get more story bits.

It is a known issue.

How can I go back to act 1? I'm currently in act 3

I have the same issue in Act 2. I now ignore Wyll when in camp.

Have you not been to act 3? Your previous waypoints disappear.

Nope, I spent like 60 hours in act 1. I guess you're boned, huh.

Same happened here, right after killing Ansur in act 3.
It didn't matter if Wyll was in my party when I killed it or not, I tried both. As soon as Ansur was dead Wyll got the exclamation mark back at camp and now it won't go away, even after going through several Wyll related dialog in a following main story event with his father.

If anyone has any solution please share it.

Happened to us in act 1 and it went away the second we switched to act 2. We had all the dialog we missed with him become available one after the other. Was weird.

This can happen to any character. I've had it for Gale and Shadiwheart. Just ignore it, no dialogue has been updated, the exclamation point will go away eventually.
