Issue after beating Marcus

Hi just wondering if someone can help me here "spoiler alert if you have not made it to the inn with isobel" So I defeated Marcus but the way I did was by placing boxes around the doors (Yes i loaded the game after my first defeat) now after the battle I move the boxes back in my inventory but it says I cant get outside the room. Does anyone know why? im worried i have messed the game up by doing this. I have managed to get out of the room by jumping over where the boxes would be but worried Isobel is forever stuck in the room which will effect the game later on. Any help with what to do here please? thanks

I would ignore the problem.

Isobel does nothing important except handing you the buff. I bet she will be at the cutscene where she is expected, as long as she is alive.
