You need to find the dwarf that asks you about the ruins that you need to investigate and check the area behind them.

It's the chest that spawns when interacting with the toy chest, right? In that cast I don't understand complicated First-find-secret-letter-incredibly-far-away-from-the-chest-Then-cast-light-spell - Procedure. I just opened it (via lockpicking I think).
It's really annoying that the questionmark-markers for optional quests just stay on the map forever, even though everything has already been done.
