Where all the cloaks at?

I've been playing for a while, right now I'm in Underdark (after clearing the Creche). So far, I haven't seen any cloaks whatsoever.
Am I missing something?

They start showing up in act 2

You start seeing them in ACT 2 from vendors, but most part they're pretty rare still. And only 1 or 2 that I got are really worth using.

They aren't "cloaks" either, they're capes. Apparently there's a difference and one dude was very pissed to discover this

I got my first one in underdark, I was playing Dark Urge tho

found a decorative one in act 1 and a useful one in act 2

No worries, in ACT 3 you'll have more then enough capes to buy.

You'll get them like the rest of the companions - close to the end of the game :P

On a more serious note: the digital deluxe version has one as well - it's available as soon as you can access the camp. I think the earliest one can be fetched at mountain pass (this will progress the grove story - so don't run there just for the cape...)
