personally one more reason why I'd never play co-op, especially with people on the internet. Too chaotic it kills the story.

You totally missed entire point here. You so far off, your up your own ass, lol. This setup done by creator as a story of their own and presented in video form. Did you even watch them?

Yes I watch both part. But is it really "up my own ass" to dislike the playstyle they do

That's why you play both SP and coop. They're wildly different experiences.
