So from now on, S Tier just means Stupid Tier. If you use it, your just as stupid :p
4 fighters with misty step and nobody is safe. Steamroll through the game.
Take Mage Hunter. Roll in the Cash, Roll in the Crits, watch all casters cry non stop as you sneak into middle of them and proceed to ruin their day.. by a lot.
I can wholeheartedly say you can improve Light Clerics by a LOT by starting 1 Level Fighter into 11 Levels Light Cleric. You get Heavy Armor Proficiency, Constitution Save Proficiency and can Wield every Weapon you want. Furthermore by spending a Feat in Warcaster you get Advantage on all Concentration Rolls which feels absolutely amazing.
The only downside is you get .. a spellslot and potential asi less- but imo absolutely worth it.
Open Hand 9/Bear Wildheart 3 and Open Hand 6/Thief 3/Fighter 1/Warlock 1.
Those 4 Superiority Dice aren't as great as they look. They get outscaled by Rage and Hex really fast.
Mage lvl11 is great because lvl6 spell can break the game. If you’re doing really low count of long rest, it’s good at best.

I tried monk, dealt 5 times 15 damages per turn at best
Tried Barbarian. dealt 4-6 times 40 damages per turn with full advantage.
Monk is weak to me , I tried a barbarian bear hybride, Insane tanking, no damage
(no heavy armor ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ build allowed for monks)

Cleric is S because it can’t be replaced by scrolls like wizard is.

Lv8 / Lv4 feels so much better to me for extra feat

Maybe Ranger/Thief assassinate then full range.
that’s my S tiers, but there is a lot of things I didn’t try (like Paladin giving blessing and resistance when healing with 2 items)
