Cull of the Weak not working

Cull of the Weak power worked when I first got it, but now it's stopped working and enemies go down to low health from my attacks without booming.

It's not "low health" it's literally hp <= number of tadpoles you invested in that character.
Magic missile will pretty much always trigger it during the killing blow but this passive gets weaker the higher level enemies become.

Same problem for me. I have 23 Illithid powers, and I've been bringing enemies to under 23 hit points and nothing happens.

Doesn't work for me either. That ability is completely bugged.

Same. Happened right after I unlocked the big boy powers. I was so excited cause I had 27 powers, but then I noticed it just stopped working altogether

Same for me. Just unlocked a bunch of illithid powers and now it's very noticeable that the passive does not trigger.

Make sure it's toggled on under the passives tab

It was indeed toggled off. My bet is that using a non-lethal mode in combat (I only used it once at some point of the game) must have disabled it. Thanks
