after the poor ending with no impact at all , i dont care about companions,
Here some answers:
1) WIP, i will know that soon, right after next hotfix.
2) I have done both ways, wiping out all the goblins and wiping out all the druids.
Siding with goblins you unlock Minthara but only in act 2, in the Moontowers, after meeting Ketheric, and you need to save her , but you will not unlock Halsin and also you lose forever Wyll and Karlach (if u already found her) , for this reason if you want to play a full evil experience i suggest you to kill Karlach to unlock infernal vest with Wyll quest in any case Dammon is dead so can't go any further with Karlach quest.
It's a lot easier and the other remaining companions will not complain for your choice.
3) Assassine make sense, but you will play with Astarion which is a nice assassin, in my playthrough i made an oathbreaker paladin. mixed in late game with warlock, but it's your choice, any class can be evil, another not already mentioned can be an evil sorcerer or necromancer, this can be perfect for a party with Lae'zel/Minthara (TANK), Astarion (RANGED), Shadowheart (SUPPORT) and you (MAGE).
4) YES, you can also go full evil with her killing Nightsong to let her become a Dark Justiciar
