Free The Artist Quest Ending Bugged

Trying to complete the ending of The Free The Artist quest with Oskar, but when I go to "Confront the spirit of Kerri Evenfield" I cant get the dialogue to work. I cant get Oskar or Lady Jannath to talk to me either.

Is there any way to complete this?

same here for me after i burnt the painting the ghost spawned in and just stood there so i smacked it to death again now my quest says the ghost is going to talk to them but nothing happens and i cant start conversation with either of them

edit: completed it but not sure what unbugged it. got to the point of the quest saying i needed to destroy the painting and then left it undone until it was the only quest left before the final battle - then gave it another try and sent only tav in.
only thing different besides that was that i went in through the front entrance instead of the side and avoided triggering combat with some leftover poltergeists.

also the reward for the quest bugged out and he painted me a picture of Karlach even though she was back at camp LOL.

Same. Tried everything. Talk to dead, killing her (doesn't fail quest), trying to move her around. It's broke.

Same. It sucks but the only thing I can do is kill Oskar so the quest would fail and be tagged at completed.

this quest is completely effed. the only way I got it to work was taking karlach only, jumping on the roof the neighboring building, jumping onto the very top of the jannath mansion, popping an invis potion, enter turn based mode, jump past the one skull that uses thunderwave, smack the secret door open, and then the ghost lady actually works as intended.

I couldn't use my main toon because they have see invis eye from volo, and anytime a ghost got revealed, combat started. and wouldn't end because of the dang skulls.

The way to progress is to avoid any combat with the poltergeists. I used zackerie's work around and was able to progress the quest.

Same issue. Ghost is just standing by her painting all confused

Can confirm, Zackerie's workaround works, I did it with Asterion and Misty Step.

Today big patch didnt fix this. Quest stuck at "Confront the Spirit of Kerri Evenfield"
