So I have lowered all those hanging lights and put them out...I'm not carrying any lantern...but I only get one purpley ward light ring around shar's statue, and can't progresss to the centre...help!

Rotate your camera, there's only 1 path in. you need to enter from the correct side.

yes...I saw, it just started glowing after I reloaded the game

Should anyone else be struggling with this, if you have the Light of Lathander equipped on a party member then you need to turn off the light effect/unequipped it. Stumped me for quite a few minutes.

If you have played the game before, the path through the wards never changes. Once you know what it is, you can pretty easily just walk it without lowering the lights at all. Even if you can't see the wards, you can still just walk the correct path.

But yeah, if you have any light source of your own (for instance the Blood of Lathander), then that will also hide the path.
