possible fixes about crashing in game loading

It should tell your mod is disabled -> then crash, or crash while loading.

If you're using mod, re-enable it via manager. it'll probably say that bink2w64.dll is missing :
- you can find it in /bin (installation folder)
- some mods make a backup of it, rename it as original, enable your mods

Check if you dont have any backup in the bin folder (in BG install), then check your files via steam to re-download it, or re-dl achievement manager mod.
