Druid Grove vs Goblin Camp fight
I know that siding with one side or the other impacts what companion you can recruit afterwards, but was wondering if anyone found a way to play out the scenario to get both companions at the end. I heard that in Alpha they were mutually exclusive but that someone somewhere did figure out a way to get both... but others are saying that person modded the game for it to be like that.

Can anyone verify conclusively whether or not you can get both the Druid Grove follower and the Goblin Camp follower in the same play through?

You cannot, though there are ways to cheat the game, to get both, but, the game becomes very buggy and unstable since it is either one or the other, mind you, joining the goblins, costs you 3 Camp Followers.

As far as I know it's possible to recruit Minthara and Halsin in the same play through.

This is what google says:
Not 100% tested yet, but the following steps seem to work:

Complete the Shadow Druid quest (start by searching Kagha’s room in the grove for a chest behind a bookshelf – the rest is straightforward). Make sure Kagha agrees to stop the ritual.
Enter the Goblin Camp and free Halsin. Have him wait in the room. Do not talk to Minthara. Do not make the Goblins hostile.
Leave via the Mountain Pass without completing the goblin raid. The tieflings will be stuck in the camp, but protected thanks to Kagha stopping the ritual.
Recruit Minthara in Act 2 as usual – she will be in the tower.
When you find the sleeping guy in the Last Lights Inn in Act 2, go back and talk to Halsin. Help him complete the ritual. He will join your camp at this point.

Ah, so I gotta leave the quest incompleted for the most part.

So you do leave a few things 'unfinished' and i have recruited both Minthara and Halsin. The only bug is that they are located in the same place in your camp. This leads to their two tents bugging over each other and standing next to each other.

I saw someone finish the game with both and they both had dialogue. Id imagine that wouldnt work out well if they werent supposed to both be there. I do NOT know how they went about it though. Maybe they just knocked out Minthara or something.

I've gotten both before by leaving through the Mountain Pass, thereby triggering the Right of Thorns, then circling back to spring Halsin from jail. Proceed to Act 2 without killing Minthara, and you'll have the potential to recruit both once you complete Halsin's quest and spring Minthara from prison.

That's what I thought needed to happen. I was just gonna knock out Minthara, take her stuff and then see if she showed up later on.

I was also trying to see if I could trigger her grove invasion, double cross her and knock her out then and there and play it out that way hoping maybe the druids would imprison her and I could recruit her afterwards? Still trying to theory craft it.
