I just lost 6 hours and I already had a problem that made me lose 20 hours. I'm really getting tired of replaying the same thing. I am so sick of playing new releases of pc. This will be my last

Same here and we always saved over the existing saves!! We lost 50 hours of gaming WTF ! Please fix this asap! There are 4 people sitting here borderline depressed

Confirmed both these methods worked for me, thanks for the info! I was able to restore my save and there doesn't seem to be any issues with it. However, I'm a little worried about file corruption once the update actually lands so I might still hold off on my playthrough. If anyone can confirm whether this would be a future problem, that would be great, thanks again :)

I have dl the repo and installed dependencies, how do you run it ?

the real bum stinger for myself is the few hours i lost were

SIDE QUEST CLEAN UPS..

you know that time when you don't know where to go next so you finally decide to go back and tie up the loose ends, find out where that path went on the first map..

Change:

to

"Game Version" : "4.1.1.3636828",

Use the same 'ConverterApp.exe' tool to repack the save file and put it back in the original folder and load up the save.
