softlocked the Free True Soul Nere questline
Sent my character with the bomb to camp and now I can't visit it without failing the quest. Is there a way out of this situation?

Aside from reloading an earlier save? Not at all, unless you have a party member not in camp, Then you might be able to circumvent it by transferring the runepowder.

You cannot go back to camp while Nere is still trapped as it will kill him.

you're my savior!
I had no idea you can go to camp with other dudes solo and interact with everything there.
what I did
1. kicked one party member.
2. went to camp with secondary member solo (main guy triggers the event)
3. killed the guy with the item and looted it from his corpse
4. resurrected the guy and came back to the game without triggering the quest fail
