Stealth SILENT kills?

No one see me (red zone), playing as Assassin- it's one rapier hit from stealth to kill.

And suddenly all camp is alerted :/ There is way to silent kill (mod? some hiden game mehanic?)

they probably heard or saw the body fall, my wizard has pulled off stealth kills and not initiated

I stealth killed the majority of the goblins in the camp without alerting anyone.

Haven't tried it anywhere else though.
