on a more serious note no i dont think there is. just wear a shield :)

Only with certains feats like duelling (more attack or hit can't remember) from certain classes and on top there are some unique items ingame like a lategamte rapier+3 with +1 crit range bonus with free off hand.

The dueling fighting style works for this, just need to make sure the weapon you are using is not versatile, or like Zold said use a shield in the off hand.

There's defensive duelist feat, and there's some items specifically designed around being a duelist, or one-hand weapon only and nothing in off-hand.

Really good legendary rapier that is a main hand only weapon and focused around what you want.

except from being a Duellist (picked from fighter or ranger archetypes)
and the fact that there is a special weapon for those type of players in act 3... not really.

that being said with that weapon i'd recommend you to fighter1/thief3 to get extra bonus action.

then with that weapon you get 2 reaction, 2 bonus attack, 1 extra attack per action.

so 6 attacks or so. even more if you picked warlock pact of blade as well...
