"Your cantrips become harder to evade entirely.
When a creature succeeds its Saving Throw against one of your cantrips, it still takes half the cantrip's damage, but suffers no additional effects."
From what I've observed, most, if not all of the damaging cantrips don't require the enemy to do a saving troll. Instead you do an attack roll and its compared to their armor class. So this Potent Cantrip doesn't do ANYTHING. I tried it with cantrips that apply an effect, like Bone Chill, but still didn't work.
Just mundane resistances are prettty rare.
1) Completely undress the character, including jewelry and weapons.
2) Changed class, reusing the "Circle of the Moon" for selection. After taking each level, I closed the window for getting a level. And repeated this process until the levels were over.
