Orin can be pushed off

Is there a way to take the stone even if you push her off?

iirc, if you push someone off a ledge into a chasm and they die, and they're carrying an important quest item then the item should appear on the edge of the ledge you pushed them off of.

I checked and there is nothing so i think that if you push her down you just can't take the stone. Update: i see the loot of Orin but i can't take it because its in the chasm and it cant be moved with spells.
