bottles?

FOR THOSE WHO DON'T READ, I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT ITEMS THAT SPECIFICALLY SAY THEY ARE BOTTLES OF POISON OR WATER OR SOMETHING, I MEAN REGULAR EMPTY BOTTLES AND CAN THEY BE FILLED LIKE IN OTHER LARIAN GAMES.

Are these useless items to sell in this game? As a DOS and other Larian games player I expected to be able to fill bottles with things (like water for instance) and have a bunch of them weighing down my inventory but have yet to find a way to actually do that. is that just not a thing in this game and I should sell them?

is crafting of any kind even a thing? I have hammers, tongs, and metal bars too, but do they actually do anything?

I always just kept a couple of water in my camp inventory just incase. But they prolly are not useful.

bottles are useless. Actual bottles of water are useful though. You can put out fire zones instead of waiting for them.

Also useful in relation to early Karlach romance.

That wasn't my question. I'm specifically asking about "bottle" and "large bottle" which I would expect to be able to fill somehow to make "bottle of water" or something else. but I'm not seeing a way to do that.

i would not be suprised you can chuck them to enemies head to daze them or such
