you mean the nudity content on/off setting at start? for unknown reasons Steam has no issue with all the gore, cruelty and heavy topics, huh?

Unneeded. Been streaming it. There is no explicit sex and Twitch policy allows nudity as long as it's not explicit or the focus of the game

That said, yes there's an option to make them keep their undies on.

It has a few toggles to remove certain content, yes.

theres options on the gameplay menu for "cinematic nudity" and "show genitals" that can be toggled off. i imagine they counted on ppl streaming it to twitch
