Yes, it would be a wonderful (I hope) love story between a devil and a mortal. I don't see this often in games or movies, but anyway, Larian decided to just make fun of players who like Raphael instead. And his incubus, and all these stupid jokes associated with his incubus, are just a mockery.
In addition, in this game there is not a single romance with characters who are not your companions. Sad. The devil who decides to play with the main character and loses because he fell in love with this character is a very strong, very charming, very romantic move.

Well you have an option to romance his incubus who looks exactly like he does and you can chose him to be a male or a female.

That’s close enough .

Also the real Raphael is only into himself so unless you can make yourself look like him he won’t be into you

This is not an romance, this is just meaningless sex. And it's not close at all.
As for Raphael’s passion for himself, this could be wonderfully played out in the romance, if the screenwriters had the desire.

But fans of Raphael can still only dream about this, in any case.

The more ambiguous sides a character has to romance, the more confusing and interesting their interactions with the protagonist can be made. As an example, we have Astarion... He have too many ambiguous sides.
In the case of Raphael, trying to romance him could be even more tricky for good characters. And, depending on your decisions throughout the game, at the end you could either have a tragic fight with your love interest, or still come to an agreement with him about Hope and the crown.
