What time is the release?

I know it says August 3rd, but August 3rd for who? EST? PST? GMT?
I'm from Australia - so August 3rd midnight for me is roughly 16 hours ahead of Americans, does it go off your region time? Or does it go off a specific time? I would just like to know please so I can be prepared!

I'm guessing it will be around 3 am Friday the 4th for you. Best thing to do is google what 10 am pdt is in your part of Australia.
