Tips and Tricks for my Barb?

I'm planning on going full barbarian on my first walkthrough, any tips you can give me so I could be that walking apocalypse of a monster everyone fears? Like, subclass, or skills,point allocations and such. Any tip will be a great help. Thank you!

Hi El Macho, you will need to multiclass into fighter to optimise your build. 5e would recommend 8 fighter vs 4 barbarian.

Yea.. This is by far the common tip I've been seeing on the internet. "Keep moving and keep hitting things"

Go wild heart (totem), pick bear. Always swing recklessly. Barb is extremely simple to play.

if i could go bear totem barb i will be resistant to almost all damage

Thanks! Yea.. Barbs are pretty simple, just keep hitting things, but I want that extra oomph you know. That feeling when you 1 hit that enemy, and the rest cower in fear..

don't forget throwing axes/javelins, helps a lot when that pesky mage is just out of reach.

Sweeet! Do we have throwing axes in the game? Last time I've tried my barb, I did not get any throwing axes. I did use dual axe but I was not able to throw them :(

you can throw anything even a shoe.

any axe in your inventory is a throwing axe :) . You don't need to have them equiped.
