Even a DOS 3, sure.
That's not to say there WON'T be DLC coming, I imagine there is probably going to be a lot over the coming years given how successful the base game looks to be turning out.
But it means whatever he mentioned was likely a different game. Unlikely to be BG4 at this early stage, so that leaves either DOS3 or an unknown IP (new or licensed, either or).
Personally I'd love it if they left DOS alone for a little bit and continued to do get licenses for existing properties that don't have good modern games/studios behind them, but I wouldn't say no to a DOS3 either, the studio's earned the right to make whatever they want and I'll buy it regardless at this point, their work on BG3 has seen to that!
I'd love it if they came out and said Fallout, but I doubt Bethesda has finished ruining it yet.
